Southern Methodist University, B.A. Magna cum Laude 1983, majored in Economics, Political Science, Russian Language with a minor in History, Phi Beta Kappa, Kay Wiley Russian Scholarship winner.

Professional:  Mr. Pace has practiced law as a partner at a national law firm and as chief litigation counsel for a publicly-traded technology services company.  He currently practices at a boutique firm in Dallas, Texas.  He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.  He serves as a frequent speaker on topics such as outsourcing, software licensing, software implementation, and voice and data telecommunications and other technology topics.  He has served as a guest lecturer at the University of London Law School on international voice and data network regulation and transactions, and was awarded the Franklin Jones Jr. Award by the Texas Bar College for Outstanding Achievement in Continuing Legal Education for best CLE article titled Mergers and Acquisitions of Telecommunications Companies.  Mr. Pace has a current certificate for Texas Basic Mediation Training.
